Carrie Ann Galloway, 65, passed away peacefully on February 14, 2022, in Houston, Texas, after having suffered a stroke the previous week.
Born May 20, 1956 in Denver, Colorado, Carrie was the daughter of Juanita Rose Hixson Galloway and Bonnie Frank Galloway. She moved with her family to California as a baby, where she attended elementary school and middle school in Walnut Creek.
