Carolyn Marie Smith of San Antonio, FL died at home October 23, 2022 at the age of 81. Carolyn was born Carolyn Marie Spaulding on January 17, 1941 in Waltham, MA. Carolyn was a member of the Tampa Bay Golf and Country Club in San Antonio, Florida, founder of the TBGCC Singles Club and Maine Selectman. Carolyn grew up in Waltham, MA and spent most of her life in Maine finally retiring to Florida …
