I am thankful for my friendship with Carolyn. And I appreciate her warmth, kindness, wisdom, keen intellect, and love for Christ.

Carolyn Loudermilk was my 5th grade teacher for home room and social studies in her last year before retirement from teaching at West U. I remember that was also the year her brother passed away.
I loved my years at West U, she was a part of that
May G- d rest her soul.

God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be; so he put his arms around you and whispered, “Come to Me”. With tearful eyes we watched you and saw you pass away; and although we love you dearly, we could not make you stay. A Golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us; He only takes the best!
I can't imagine growing up without you as my Aunt. There's being proud of something a person does or being proud of what they are inside. When it comes to my Aunt (AC), I'm proud of her for both reasons! Thank you for every moment we've shared. Until we meet again, Debbie.

Carolyn was a dear friend for more than 30 years, and more importantly, a sister in Christ. I will miss her smile, her candid outspokenness, her keen intellect, her sharp wit, and her incredible biblical knowledge and insight. I take comfort in knowing that I will see her again when she welcomes me to heaven at the end of my earthly journey.
