Our heartfelt condolences and prayers to the Outlaw family.  As "Lake" neighborhood kids, we (me & my sister) grew up with the Outlaws from Harrison Elementary to Washington High.  David was always full of laughs and a fun and caring young man.  Because of our childhood friendship,  he'd always call us, "Hey Roundtree!".    We even attended the same church for a season.  His sister-in-law, Helen, would pick up his daughters and bring them to church.  The Lake has rested another soul.  David, rest well, for you are  dearly missed.

The Outlaw and Miller families go back years. David has always been one of the kindest and most loving individual I've known. Every time I see him, he would talk stuff, making me laugh. I will truly miss him and that bond. To the Outlaw family: wife, children, siblings, grandchildren, my heart mourns with you. I find peace in knowing that he is an angel watching over us all. Cherish the memories, the good times, the laughs, and the beautiful being that he was. Miss and love you David, rest in paradise.

David was never boring! Whenever he came on the scene it was like, "Get this party started!"  So many memories of fun times with my David  joking around with his cousins.

He had a unique perspective of life and his role in it. A great conversationalist, his exceptional God-given gifts  included telling stories, and also his eccentric sense of humor. I always said that David should have had his own TV show, like Letterman.

I n conclusion,  to know him was to love him!

My heart was heavy when I got the news of David's passing. My condolences to the Outlaw  family. To God be the glory.

I met Dave many years ago in summer school at Pierre Navarre . Where we would get in trouble. It was a lot of fun. A decorated champion wrestler for Washington High School. Rest in Peace my brother.
