I am so heartbroken to hear that Carol Rose has passed. Such a wonderful person: she was so thoughtful and caring, candid and witty, and a delightful soul. My world is dimmer now knowing she is gone and my heart weighs heavy with regret for never getting in touch. I will never forget her and will continue to use the cookbook she made for me many years ago!
