Carol Sue Scudere was born February 26, 1947 to Anthony Scudere and Joan (Amrine) Scudere. She was the owner/founder/director of Professional Domestic Services and Institute, an employment agency and training facility for professional household service staff for over 20 years. Carol was recognized as an industry leader and expert in regards to household staffing and training. She also was the founder/director of Budget Meals, Inc., a non-profit organization designed to teach families how to save …
