Died at 81, surrounded by family in Tucson, Arizona on July 13, 2024. Carol was born June 19, 1943, in Albuquerque, New Mexico and was raised by Bertha and James Wines.
Carol grew up in Albuquerque and graduated from Highland High School in 1961. She attended University of Northern Colorado studying Special Education and graduated in 1965. In 1967 Carol moved to Tucson, Arizona and began her career with the Flowing …
