Carol's obituary
Carol Joseph St Amand, 74, passed away peacefully on January 31, 2025, at Bethesda Place Long Term Care Home in Steinbach, Manitoba.
Carol was born on July 26, 1950, to Abel St Amand and Thérèse Harvey in Arvida, Quebec.
In 1971 he joined the Military, which eventually led him to meeting his late wife, Carol Elaine St Amand, when he was stationed in Winnipeg, Manitoba. They married on January 3, 1987. On July 11, 1994, they welcomed their daughter and only child, Celine Amanda St Amand.
Carol was predeceased by his father, mother, and wife. He is survived by his daughter, granddaughter; Sophie Aleeyah Nguyen, siblings; Marcel, Nicole (Guy Boulianne), Clément (Claudette Dallaire), Gilles (Elizabeth Weaver), Richard (Donna Levy), nieces and nephews, and many more loved ones.
The family would like to thank the staff at Bethesda Hospital and Bethesda Place LTC for the amazing care provided.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada in honour of Carol.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Family members will be notified.
