Carol Joseph St Amand, 74, passed away peacefully on January 31, 2025, at Bethesda Place Long Term Care Home in Steinbach, Manitoba.
Carol was born on July 26, 1950, to Abel St Amand and Thérèse Harvey in Arvida, Quebec.
In 1971 he joined the Military, which eventually led him to meeting his late wife, Carol Elaine St Amand, when he was stationed in Winnipeg, Manitoba. They married on January 3, 1987. On July 11, 1994, …
