Carol was a kick! So memorable . when working at the Cruise terminal she would wave the guest ( with a flair ) towards the next agent but occasionally a guest would fly past her and pick where they wanted to go. She would glance over towards us and with a theatrical hands up and a glance to the ceiling would make us laugh .

She loved the camaraderie with all of us and we loved her spirit and take on life.

So glad we got to know her . Such a lovely lady
