Barbara, I'm so upset to find this out. I have known your family for so many years. Carol was truly a wonderful person commited in what she believed in and always willing to help. She will be missed by me and many more friends and family.

My deepest sympathy for the loss of your mother. Carol was truly special. Carol's kindness and warmth will always be remembered. She was a dear friend and will be missed. Carol was a wonderful person, may her legacy of love and kindness continue to live on in all she touched.

With caring thoughts. Barbara Lindsey

My heart is broken, just read about Carol's passing when I tried to call her.   I have such wonderful memories of working with her for so many years.  Spoke to her just before Christmas and we were going to stay in touch.   Am so sad.

My name is Susan Anderson Geise, and I believe that Carol was my first cousin. Last night in going through some of my father's files, I found a postcard about a gallery show of Carol's in 1989.  I was curious and went online only to discover that Carol had passed away recently.  My father was Clarence (Clary) Oscar Anderson, brother of Floyd Anderson.  I remember Carol and her sister Barbara and their mother, my Aunt Betty, from Christmas Eve family smorgasbords.  I was born in 1949, so I was just a little kid when Carol and Barbara left New Jersey, so I really didn't know where they were.  After Aunt Betty and their other sister Aunt Jeannette Beam died, there was no one keeping the family in touch.  Anyway, since my own husband, John Geise, had died 11/23/1925, I have been more in tune with family connections and thought I would reach out.  I am still in touch with our cousin Robert Beam, son of Jeannette.   Carol was lovely and always so nice to me.  Is her art, or prints of her art,  sold anywhere?

Please accept my deepest condolences.
