On September 9, 1944 Carol Ann (Bailey) Ryan's parents and big brothers celebrated her birth and she was introduced as the first daughter of Otis & Gertrude Bailey. The baby sister of David and Bill Bailey. In November of 1946, she was blessed with a younger sister, Norma (Bailey) Cowdrick.
