It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beautiful mother Carmen Lydia Roman, who left us on June 5, 2023. Born on July 17, 1955 to Benigno Roman y Emerita Torres from Arecibo, Puerto Rico.  Carmen was a cherished mother to her children. Her vibrant spirit and unwavering love for her family will be forever remembered.

Carmen was a woman of strength, resilience and a fighter.

She is survived by her children Madelyn Corredor Roman (Parker), Marilyn Corredor, Evelyn Castro, Jocelyn Austin, Rosalyn Corredor, Carolyn Covert-Olyer, Carlos Corredor, JR Felix and Reynaldo Corredor along with her  grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren who carry on Carmen's legacy of love, compassion, and care. Carmen is preceeded in death by her parents, and some siblings.

As we mourn the loss of Carmen, we celebrate her life and the countless ways she impacted those around her. May her memory forever remain in our hearts and guide us in the days to come.
