Carmen P. Fiato, Jr. transitioned from this life on June 3, 2022. He was a avid lover of Opera and had quite a collection during his lifetime. He retired from the United States Tax Court, where he made many lifelong friends. He was in the US Army and was a proud veteran. He was a very spiritual man with a charitable heart.
