I love Aunt Carmen and will miss her greatly. She taught me how to have pride in my heritage and in my family. One of my fondest memories from childhood was spending a summer with her in her home in Mexico. She was a massive part of my life growing up and one of the main reasons I cherish those memories so dearly. 

She also raised 3 incredible children whom I’m lucky enough to call my cousins, Tabatha, Ryan, and Andres. I’m glad she has them to carry on her legacy. To them I say: I am so sorry for your loss, your mother was truly an incredible woman who will be sorely missed. Aunt Carmen, I will love you forever and always.
