Magaling na guro, mentor at matalik na kaibigan. Ilan lamang ito sa mga katangian ni Sir Carmelo Fidel "Cary" B. Rustia na aking guro noong nag-aaral pa ako sa college sa STI COLLEGE NEW LUCBAN B.C. Walang sawang nagbibigay ng payo lalo na sa subject ko sa kanya na RDBMS from theory to application. Sa kagustuhan ko na matuto kahit salat sa pera at kagamitan, Isa sya sa tumulong na abot ng kanyang makakaya. Binigyan din nya ako ng mga taong pwedi kung malapitan para mas lalong mahasa sa mga gusto kong matutunan. Nakasama ko rin sa isang proyekto na kung saan masaya namin ginagawa yung plano at paano gagawin kahit andon lagi ang debate 🙂.
