Obituary
Carly Nicole Carter, 20, of Woodbridge, Va., went to her heavenly home on August 1, 2023. She was a beloved daughter, sister, cousin, niece, and granddaughter.
Carly is survived by her loving family, Carl, Mischelle, Breanna and Donovan. She is also lovingly remembered by her three aunts, three uncles and eight cousins as well as her grandmothers, Alganesh Weigel and Betty Cline.
