Carlos's obituary

April 13, 2024, Carlos was reunited with his parents Arturo and Hortencia Robles and 9 siblings who passed on before him. Survived by his wife of 64 years Maria Irma Robles, his 7 children Carlos A. Robles, Elsa (David) Gonzales, David (Flo) Robles, Robert (Linda) Robles, Paul (Maryse) Robles, Maria (Eli) Zamorano, Regina Robles Vogt. His 15 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and a brother Leo (Dolores) Robles.

My dad was a hard working man. Humble, kind, caring, and strong willed. He lived life. He was true to himself. He took care of his family and made sure we knew right from wrong. His family was very important to him. He taught us work ethics, discipline and to do our best. He was generous. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. He would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. He loved to make friends, always asking people their name and where they were from. He said it was important to get to know people. He was a skilled carpenter. Not only keeping a roof over our head, but himself added to our family home to accommodate our growing family. He gave jobs to our childhood friends in the neighborhood and creating humorous memories.  He was known as a member of the carpenters’ union, son, brother, husband, friend, Pop, Papa and Super Chingon with the red truck.  The world lost a truly remarkable soul, but your legacy will live on forever.

Special thanks to all that provided, care, comfort, and prayers. Including family, caretakers, and Aria Hospice. Services will be Saturday April 27th @ 1pm St Peter and Paul church. Burial May 4th in his hometown of Pirtleville, AZ.
