Carlos Munoz Hernandez passed away on April 11, 2026 in San Antonio, Texas. Carlos was born in San Diego, California on February 10, 1957 to the late Carlos Cruz Hernandez and Socorro Munoz Zarazua. He graduated from Theodore Roosevelt High School in San Antonio, Texas and enlisted in the United States Navy where he served over 3.5 years at sea on numerous aircraft carriers in support of Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm.
