Carlos G. Garcia, “Chuck” as he was known, passed away surrounded by his family on May 23, 2024 in Venice, Florida. He was born October 13, 1940 and grew up with his four siblings, Manuel, Melchor, Antonio, and Teresita in Bohol, Philippines.
Chuck met his wife Miriam in New York City at the wedding of his older brother Melchor. After a brief courtship in NYC they married in Bohol, Philippines. His eldest son Carlos G. …
