Carly Danielle Sisco, born September 4th 1995 , Carly passed away on Wednesday August 25th 2021 at St Thomas West hospital in Nashville, TN.
Carly was 25
Carly was born in Memphis, Tennessee to Angela Joanne Sisco and John Eddie Cox.
Carly always enjoyed being outside, planting flowers and riding on her jet ski.
Carly was an organ donor, she has helped save other people's lives. She will be cremated at Richland cemetery in Waverly …
