She was born in Wheeler, TX on July 28, 1931 to Arthur Carl and Edna Mae Lamb.
On June 10, 1949 she married the love of her life, Roy Frank Fisher. They immediately moved to Grand Prairie, TX and they had four children. His career took them to El Paso, TX where they raised their family and she retired from Mountain Bell Telephone Co. …
