Carleen Frances Sullivan Hall, age 51, of Citronelle, AL, passed away on November 8, 2021 at Mobile Infirmary Hospital surrounded by her children and loved ones. Carleen is preceded in death by her mother, Mary Frances Sullivan; father, Jeff Raymond Sullivan; step father, Jerry Sullivan; sister, Pamela Jean Rivers; late husband, Eddie Hall; and fiance, Terry Fenton. She is survived by daughter, Toni Denise Houston (husband: David Houston); sons, Roy Anthony Migues, Jr. (spouse: Jordan Adams) and Troy Raymond Migues (spouse: Ruth Hritz); half brother, George Larry Sullivan; niece, Rhonie Rivers Winterstein (husband: Rodney Winterstein, son: Matthew Winterstein); grandchildren, Destin Alexa Guy, Ocean Rain Houston, Journey Gray-Lee Migues, Christina Jean Adams, Willow Grace Migues, Mary Rose Migues; along with many other family and friends.

We would like to invite Family and Friends to Celebrate her life on November 21,  2:00 PM, at the Never Ending Faith Baptist Church on Tom Hopkins Rd. in Mt. Vernon, AL. Following the service, there will be dinner served in the dining hall.
