Carla Miller lost her fight February 19, 2025 at home with her loving husband (Marlan Miller), son (Dustin Kern) and daughter( Cheyanne Jurgensen) by her side.
Carla, for those who knew her, was an amazing person full of life. Though very independent and sometimes stubborn, she loved and laughed with everything in her. Carla loved her flowers and thinking up projects for Marlan to create for her filling their home and yard with beauty!
Carla was very close with her grand children, Kayden, Parker, Payton, and Kinsley. They shared a very tight bond. From grandma feeding the kids full of sugar, to cleaning and cooking a snapping turtle, grandma was always their favorite person and they hers!
Carla spent the later part of her life with her husband Marlan Miller filling their home with lots of love, laughs and antiques all the while enjoying life like neither ever had. The bond they had was something we could all hope for!
Carla is survived by her husband Marlan Miller, daughter Cheyanne Jurgensen, son Dustin Kern, sister Shelly Teague, mother Wanda Kern.
Though sometimes it doesn’t seem fair how the good ones seem to go too soon, the love and times we had with you brings smiles to our faces and joy to our hearts. Not a day will pass that you won’t be in our thoughts, in our minds and in our hearts! Thank you for always being yourself, and touching our lives. We love you so much!
