Carl's obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Carl Nichols on the 28th of May, 2025. Born on December 14th, 1971, Carl lived a full and impactful life, leaving an indelible mark on those fortunate enough to have known him.

Carl was a kind, loving, smart, and personable individual, qualities that were reflected in his relationships and contributions to his community. An accomplished entrepreneur, he was the proud owner of a local barbershop and was actively involved in his church. His legacy, however, will forever be encapsulated by his undying passion for people and the love he expressed to his family.

He is survived by his wife, Monica Nichols, and his four beloved children - Ian Thompson, Makayla Nichols, Carmon Dunn, and Carl Nichols Jr., whom he instilled with lessons of kindness, love, and life. Through them, Carl's spirit continues to live on and his passion for making a positive difference continues to inspire.

Carl was predeceased by his father, Carl Sr, and his mother, Carolyn Nichols. As we remember Carl, we also commemorate their lives and the values they passed onto him.

In his memory, let us remember the profound lessons he shared, the love he distributed so freely, and the life he lived so fully. He was a beacon of kindness and a testament to the power of love and family. His memory will live on, not just through the barbershop and church, but through every life he touched.
