Carl John Moser, born in Bismarck, ND, on April 29, 1959, died of a heart attack in his Fargo, ND, home on June 14, 2024, at the age of 65. He completed his education at St. Joseph’s Elementary School (Mandan, ND), Mandan High School, University of Mary School of Respiratory Care (Bismarck), and Rush University (Chicago), where he earned a B.S. in Perfusion Technology.
