Carl "Duane" Horton was born on September 6, 1958 in Fort Worth, Texas. He grew up in Saginaw, Texas. He went to be with the Lord on August 8, 2023.
Duane is an electrician by trade, he started out with the local union IBEW 220. He also was a truck driver for a few years which is how he met his wife. He had many interests and hobbies, but …
