Cara Lynn Elliott (née Baublitz) was born in Baltimore on November 25, 1979 to parents Debbie and Bill Baublitz, and passed away January 25, 2022 in Erie, PA. Cara was a kind soul and will be greatly missed by many. She was a dedicated mother, a diligent friend, and a wonderful sister. She graduated from Dundalk High School in 1997 and eventually moved to Erie, Pennsylvania. Cara is survived by her mother, Debbie, her children …
