Candy Sue Sellers (Bale) was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on January 30, 1959 to Kenneth Ray Bale and Betty Lou Bale (Babb/Gordon). She passed away, peacefully surrounded by love, on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at St. Mark’s Hospital, due to complications after surgery.
Candy enjoyed school and she graduated from Central High School in Breese, IL. in 1977. Her favorite subject was history and she found herself quite good at math. She continued her …
