Candy's obituary

Candy fell asleep in death at her home on Monday, May 25, 2020. She
was surrounded by her loved ones after a relentless battle with cancer.
She had an amazing positive attitude due to her strong faith in her God
Jehovah and all the words of encouragement and constant support she
received from her family and dear friends.
She was born in Marshall, MI to George W.
Hoyt Jr. and Bonnie Kay (Jones) Hoyt.
She is survived by her siblings, Debbie
(Loren) Bostater, George (Marian) Hoyt,
Tom (Dawn) Hoyt, Kim (David) Watson
and Glen Hoyt. Also many more loved
nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was
preceded in death by her step mother,
Martha Hoyt in 1982 and her mother,
Bonnie Kay Hoyt in 1998.
One of her greatest accomplishments in
life was being baptized as one of
Jehovah's Witnesses on June 10, 1973. She constantly put her faith and
trust in her God Jehovah from a young age on and encouraged her
children and others to do the same. She thoroughly enjoyed her volunteer
bible educational work to impart the coming Kingdom hope to others.
She attended Albion Public Schools and she graduated in 1976. Candy
married her childhood sweetheart, Timothy Davids on July 10, 1976.
She also immensely enjoyed and deeply cherished her family, including
her three children Christopher (Andrea), Andrea (Devon), Derek (Emily)
and four grand children, Daniella, Jacob, Andre, and Eli.
Candy was a loving and
devoted wife, mother,
grandmother, daughter,
sister, aunt and friend. She
always put the needs of
others ahead of her own.
Candy loved being
surrounded by Jehovah’s
creation and pursued
being a master gardener. She loved nature and collected many things like
tea sets and birdhouses. She loved music and dancing and loved life to the
fullest. She enjoyed making memories with friends and family by traveling
with them and capturing those special moments that were dear to her
heart. She had a great memory and was extremely sentimental, always
keeping in mind special dates in her loved ones lives. She loved baking and
cooking for others as it brought her great joy. Candy will be deeply missed
by all that knew and loved her.
