Candie Ann Dutton, age 67, passed peacefully at home March 3, 2025 in Panama City, FL. She was born October 27, 1957 to the late William Cecil and Bonnie Massey. As the daughter of an army officer, she spent her childhood traveling and moving all over the world before settling in Columbus, GA. There she attended Baker High School and Columbus College.
