Born on the 4th of February, 1984, Candace's zest for life and unwavering positivity touched everyone fortunate enough to cross paths with her. Candace's free spirit, distinct laughter, and warm, loving heart will live on in the hearts of many. She is survived by her sister, Justine Hill, who will continue to honor Candace's legacy.
