Cameron “Cam” Scott Gandy, age 36, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 1, 2023 in Tallahassee surrounded by many of his loved ones.

Cameron is survived by his mother and father, Abby Gandy and Junior Gandy; daughter, Kynleigh Gandy; sister, Megan (Christopher) Penik; brothers, Chad (Marina) Gandy and Mack Gandy; girlfriend, Lacey Benton and three bonus-kids, Gunner, Coleson and Emalyn Benton; nephew, Dawson Gandy and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Ray Howard and Marilyn Thornton and his paternal grandparents, Jo Ann Strickland and Mack Gandy and his Aunt Donna Gandy.

Cameron’s passing has touched the lives of many. He was the most selfless, outgoing and loving person to those who knew him. His joy was being a Da-Da to Kynleigh and to his bonus kids.

Cameron was an employee at B&B Sporting Goods where his knowledge of sports was a great asset to anyone that he assisted. If there was anything sports related you needed to know, Cam had the answer. He truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; playing baseball, watching his Florida Gators, Atlanta Braves and Tampa Bay Rays, shooting pool, hunting, and making memories with his family.
