There are so many times I can think of but the one that stands out right now is the time we were at a family function in Edmonton and had all gathered on one hotel room for a visit. We all reminisced about good times together and funny things that had happened when we weren’t together. We all laughed so hard and enjoyed each other’s stories so much. Tears filled our eyes as we each took turns to speak and that feeling of family grew even stronger.
In response to "What was the most fun you ever had with Calvin?"

So sorry to hear the news of Calvins passing, our deepest condolences to his entire family. Calvin was a bit of a legend amongst all of us cousins growing up with some of the things that he said or did. I remember once when we were visiting just after they moved to Alberta all of us kids were playing baseball and were told to be careful not to hit the car that was in field, well Calvin’s first time up to bat he hit the ball so hard it went through the car’s windows. There was never a dull moment when Calvin was around and he will be greatly missed. Dibozia Calvin, till we meet again!

I am so saddened by the loss of my brother Calvin. He left us at far too young of an age. Calvin was a great man with a heart of gold. He was a strong passionate person . Family was always number one for him. He touched so many lives. I will never forget his infectious smile that alway brightened any room. He has left us but also left us with so many good memories. Rest in peace . With heart felt condolence to Shelley and family.

My deepest condolences to Shelley and all the family. You’ve all been in my thoughts and prayers. Calvin was one of the best man I’ve ever had the privilege to work beside for so many years. Not only was he my manager, he was a friend and a father figure. He was so proud of his wife and talked about her all the time. He was so proud of his sons and the men they’ve turned into. He loved being a Papa and would show pictures and videos with me. He was the true definition of a real gentleman. There’s few people that come into our lives who leave footprints on our hearts, he is one of them. He’d laugh at my jokes and dancing around. He’d listen to my life stories, he’d scold me like a father when I was up to my Shenanigans. He was always there when anyone needed him. Calvin, thank you for all the amazing memories you left us. You’ll never be forgotten.

To the guy that made history in so many ways, and gave me the nickname “ MYRTLE” as a kid which I am still called today, You will be missed. Won’t forget you ever. Murray and Sandy.
To Shelley and your family, we are so sorry to hear this shocking and sad news. Keep all those good memories close! We were just going through 2015 reunion pictures. Calvin was always the first one up; he got the coffee on each morning. He was the last to shut down the fun each night! He was such a good soul. We’ll get together, as soon as possible!
Shelley & Boys - my deepest sympathy to all of you. I am at a loss for words (crazy hey?). I remember the party when we all met Cal so many years ago! He was fun & kind with the biggest heart. May your memories forever hug you tight. Much love to you all.
May loving memories of Calvin bring you all comfort during this hard time in your life.
My deepest and most sincere condolences to you and your family.
Take care.
