>Calvin "Cowboy" Chandler, 87, of New Castle, DE, passed away on March 01, 2026 after a battle with Cancer. He was born September 29, 1938, in Townsend, Delaware, to the late Ernest Chandler and Glady Henry. He was one of 12 children from Ernest Chandler. Calvin attended Louis Redding Comprehensive High School. He later joined and served in the US Military/Army from 1963 to 1967, being stationed in Munich, Germany for two of those years. …
