I didn’t get to know Caleb as much as I would have liked. I actually only met him in person one time. I passed him when he was broke down on highway 14, he was on his way home to deal with his brother passing (I didn’t know till Caleb told me later on a phone call). I just saw a guy that looked like he could use a hand, I gave him a ride to get his part and took him back to his truck, offered to help but he insisted he was ok. During the ride though I found we had a lot in common, later he called me and let me know what he was dealing with and thanked me. We became kinda friends and we’re going to get together for a beer but never got a chance to. I can honestly say that I’m sad we won’t be able to and that he inspired me in many ways. I enjoyed the short time I knew him and feel I was the one that received help that day I picked him up. I’m sorry for everyone’s loss, including the world he never got to inspire and that never got to know him (if even a little)
