Luu Si Cach passed away on Saturday, October 23, 2021 after reaching his 97th birthday in July 2021. He passed away peacefully in his home in Dover, Delaware.
He was born in Vietnam in 1924 and was the sixth of eight siblings. He married Phong Lan Phan and had eight children including 6 sons and 2 daughters. They immigrated to Los Angeles, CA in 1983 and that’s when the Luu Family continued to grow. …
