I remember Von from when they lived in Longview. I thought he was so handsome. Teenage crush. They had an adorable baby girl that I babysat.

One thing I most admired about Von, was how much he loved his kids!!!  I am pretty sure he loved all kids and always enjoyed seeing them in action!!  He always had a smile on his face as he watched his kids play!  He will be sooo missed!

Byron was always ready to help anyone in need. He loved animals and always made sure we had at least one cat and dog and often more. He was the first one to take in a stray and it didn't matter what kind.
