Byron J Colberg passed away at age of 70 at Haven Hospice in Orange Park. Florida on January 19, 2021.
He was born at NAS Key West, Florida on March 30, 1950 to Harold and Lucille Colberg. He is survived by his daughter Kalin Colberg, son Josh Mitchell, brother Tom Colberg and sister Janine Clark.
He grew up in Wesconnett Florida with his best friends Greg and Randall Hall whom are life long friends, fishing buddies and enjoyed music together.
He graduated from Nathan Bedford Forrest high school, attended Lake City Junior college studying wild life management because of love of outdoors and fishing.
After retiring from the city of Jacksonville Florida after 25 years of service as a Construction Inspector he enjoyed gardening and fishing trips with his buddies. He was a member of Hickory Grove Baptist Church.
