Background
Budd was a member of the Terra Linda Rotary Club for decades, and was President 2011-2012.
The Club activities were very important to Budd: giving illustrated dictionaries to community children; providing scholarships to college-bound TL HS students; facilitating Cleft-Lip and Palate repair missions (he was personally involved in the missions to India and Vietnam); Polio prevention with Polio Plus; and many more.
Budd remained an avid supporter of Rotary International and his local Rotary Club up until the end. His wife, Deloras, was recently made an honorary member of the club in his honor.
