Bryan Marques Bothman

May 7, 1973 – July 12, 2025

Bryan Marques Bothman, age 52, of Spring Lake Park, MN, passed away on July 12, 2025, at the home of his partner in Coon Rapids, MN. He was surrounded by family after a brave, persistent 4.5-year battle with cancer.

Born on May 7, 1973, in Chisago City, Bryan was a man of determination, stubbornness, sarcasm, and a lot of love. He had a lifelong love for fishing, a passion for cooking and feeding those around him, and a natural gift for carpentry and fixing anything that needed repair.

Bryan was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Bothman; and grandparents Richard Webster, Lillian (Vincent) Bruno, Harold Bothman, Arda (Jack) Gatzow

He is survived by his devoted partner, Margo Swintek; his father, Richard Webster; siblings Jennifer (Donald) Simonson and Aaron (KC) Keen; his children, Alyssa Margl, Samantha Bothman, and Anthony Bothman; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Griffin Jr., Savannah Griffin, and Scarlett Brabant.

A memorial service will be held at Faith Lutheran Church in Forest Lake at a later date. In honor of Bryan’s spirit, his family invites you to share a meal with someone you care about, cast a line, or finally fix that thing you’ve been meaning to get to!
