Bruce was born in 1935, lived a fulfilling life marked by hard work, kindness, and love. He was a man of great character—a testament to his dedication and resilience. His journey began at Pasco High School, where he distinguished himself as an exceptional athlete in basketball, football, and baseball. Serving in the United States Marine Corp from his high school years, alongside several of his lifelong friends, until his honorable discharge in 1956. Bruce's commitment to his family will forever be cherished. He was a loving father and husband and he shared countless memories with his wife of over 37 years, as well as his daughters.

Apart from his dedication to family and country, Bruce had a variety of interests. He was an avid golfer, spending countless hours perfecting his swing on the course. Bruce also enjoyed playing slow pitch baseball and bowling, finding joy and camaraderie in these activities.

Bruce is survived by his loving wife Carol Penny, children Pamela Neal and Gayle Fahrion, step-daughter Kathy Andrada-Allen, and their spouses. Bruce is also survived by his grandchildren Mike Penny, McKinley Gorton, Nick Fahrion, and Drew Fahrion, their spouses, great-grandchildren and countless nieces, and nephews.

Those fortunate enough to know Bruce were forever touched by his presence. His memory will endure in our hearts forever. Rest in peace, Bruce, until we meet again.
