Bruce Alfred Nylund, of Winterville, GA passed away on December 23, 2025. Bruce was born in the Bronx, NY,  July 25, 1942, and grew up in Elmont, New York and Rota, Spain. Bruce graduated from Valley Stream North High School, Franklin Square, New York where he was a standout athlete in wrestling and football. He proudly served in the United States Air Force and Navy. He later worked for Pan American Airlines and enjoyed retirement in the car business.

He is survived by his wife, Jana Nylund, brother Eric Nylund, sister Barabara Cox and her husband Lonnie Cox, daughter TaniaMarie Nylund and her husband Gordon Lake, his neice Monique Alm, her husband Kenneth Alm, and his great-niece Abby Alm.

Bruce's last thoughts were of his family, friends and the rich life he had lived. He joined his savior with a grateful heart.
