Bruce A Goldschmitt passed away on March 6th, 2025 in Charleston, SC. He was born October 26th, 1955, in Somerville, New Jersey. He moved to Berkshire County in the 80s and stayed until retirement. He worked at the former Vicon facility in Pittsfield and Brodie Mountain Ski resort; later, the Town of Lenox & the Mass state Highway Department. He retired to Anderson, SC in 2019. He loved fishing and went whenever he could. He made friends wherever he went and was happiest sharing a cold beer with an old friend.

He was predeceased by his father Ted, mother Doris, & brother Brad. He leaves his daughter Elysa Cormier & her husband Tom, grandchildren Chloe, Gracie, & Gavin, brother Steve, sisters Barbara Brown, Sue Keller & her husband Ron, half siblings Eric and Erika, and several nieces & nephews. Per Bruce’s wishes, his remains will be donated for the education of medical students. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your favorite cause in Bruce’s name.
