Bruce Caswell, 85, passed away on September 24th, 2021. Bruce was born in Recife, Brazil to Alick MacKenzie Caswell and (Hilda) Irene Rodway Caswell. Raised in Niteroi / Rio de Janeiro, Bruce was a part of both the Brazilian and British communities. He spent his high school years in Victoria, British Columbia and graduated from the University of British Columbia with a degree in engineering. He received his Ph.D. from Stanford University …
