Brian Timothy Johnson was born on August 10, 1980 in Trenton, NJ. Brian was born and raised in Bordentown, NJ where he attended high school. As a child he loved art and all outdoor activities. Brian had a smile and laugh that could light up the room and always was the person to make you laugh. On Sunday October 6, 2019 he passed away suddenly. There was comfort knowing that his father Powell Johnson was there at the gates of heaven with open arms.
Brian had struggled with addiction but he never left that define him. This past month Brian gave addiction the best fight he could, and just finished treatment with a month sober. He was back to the Brian we all knew and loved but unfortunately the disease took his life.
Brian is survived by his girlfriend of nine years Brianne Tunney and their daughter Brieah Michaela Johnson. (7 years old) Anyone knowing Brian knew these two girls were his life and they were inseparable. His daughter Brieah adored her daddy so much and always referred to him as her "Prince Charming." There is comfort knowing Brian is watching over his two girls from heaven and keeping them safe. He has many lifelong friends that have stood by his side and they meant world to him.
Church will be held on Saturday 10/12/2019 11:00 am at Christ Church, 130 Prince St. Bordentown, NJ 0850. After mass there will be a celebration of his life at his lifelong friend Tom Martins, 16 West Third St. Florence, NJ 08518. His girlfriend Brianne is having her own mass and celebration because services with his family are private, and the two most important people to him aren't included. Brianne would like to make sure that everyone knows to please not feel like they have to choose sides which service to attend. We would love to have anyone come to celebrate his life with us. If your invited to both services and can make both Brian would be so happy. His wishes were always to just keep his memory alive and celebrate his life.
