Brian was my best friend. We would talk almost everyday but Brian also gave me the greatest compliment of my life. While he was  living in Tyler town he wrote me a letter. He was outside and this car passed and then turned around and came back and pulled in the driveway. Brian just knew he was lost and needed directions.  The man got out with bible in hand. Brian writes I knew he was exactly where he was supposed to be. They walked and talked  for 45 minutes.   Then the  man asked "I noticed you was smiling when I got out of the car and starting walking toward you can I ask why? Brian replied I thought you was lost and needed directions but now I know it was me that is lost and need directions and here you are.  Brian wrote this Jan 25, 2023 so around this time he let Jesus into his heart but he gave me the greatest compliment anyone has ever giving me.   He said thank you for saving my soul.  Which it was Jesus that saved his soul but still it was awesome to hear. He thanked me for leading him to God. God definitely works in mysterious ways. I love you Brian until we meet again I'll see you in my dreams.

Brian was effortlessly hilarious. He always had a witty comeback or a funny story to share. He kept everyone around him smiling and laughing! — with Alonna, Pam, and Brian
