Brian helped Trevor our son deal with night terrors when he was about 8 or 9. He was Trevor’s hockey coach at the time. Brian came over with a Dream Catcher did a dance & a chant in Trevor’s room & hung the catcher above his bed ❤️ Trevor never had a terror again & cured a kids fright ❤️ Brian did a lot of kind things for our family he will never be forgotten ❤️

So sorry to hear of Brian’s sudden passing. Brian was my cousin and lived with us for his final year of high school after his fathers work transferred him to Havre Boucher. I was probably  6 or 7 at the time and 45 years later don’t remember a lot of particular events in my childhood. But I have a very vivid memory of being bullied by a family of young boys in the neighbourhood and being afraid to walk to school…every day for a week Brian put me on his shoulders and walked me to the doors of the elementary school. I was in grade 1 and him in grade 12. He was my hero at the time and I remember having to write about our hero and I put his name…I remember well because I wrote Brain instead of Brian and the teacher gave it back for me to correct. My condolences to the whole family dealing with such a terrible loss.

I often think of Brian and how appreciative we should be of each day. I played hockey with Brian through the 90's and later.  He was a stand up guy and always a lot of fun.  As we all know, he was a little heavier back then but, still a big force on the ice.  The last time I saw Brian was at Kelly's birthday and I was sitting next to Brian for the better part of 30 minutes before I recognized him.  I could not believe the transformation he had made. He seemed extremely  happy and very proud of what he had accomplished. He was a big big inspiration to me, and I often think of him when I'm having a bad day or feeling non-appreciative of what I have.  RIP Brian

You’re in my thoughts and prayers and I was hoping to come to the funeral today but I’m in too much pain which I’m offering up for the repose of Brian’s soul and for all those who loved him.
I always enjoyed meeting with Brian at work ( WEB ), on the golf course ( APEG), and on the curling sheet. ( WEB & APEG )
We were privileged to participate in one of Brian's Mini-Spiels at the Cloverdale Curling Club several years ago.
Our engineering and curling communities have lost a good man.
So sorry for your loss. Brian was such a kind person, and always willing to help. I will miss him a lot. Wishing the best for you and your family through this difficult time.

Brain has left this world in a better place.

What stands out the most for me is how Brian lived his life with humility and compassion.

I first met Brian and Charlotte over 30 years ago, I was drawn to their spirit for adventure and fun. I remember their venture with the Inside Edge ski club at whistler, and their love of entertaining, preparing themed meals, and their birds were treated as equal members of their family.

Then came Kelly, and off they left Vancouver and moved to their forever home, next came Melanie and Cayla. Their home is filled with love and beautiful energy, shared with friends, celebrations, BBQ’s, parties, the interactive games that Brian set all up for all of us to enjoy.

Brian was kind and cared deeply about the people he met during his journey. He had an intuitive sense of awareness of others, their feelings and insight to action small and subtle gestures to lift their spirits, especially children. This is captured by the stories shared by relatives and friends that highlight Brian’s kind-heartedness.

Yes, the world is certainly a better place because of Brian Snow.

It has been a privilege to have known him and to have had him as my friend. I say the same about my friend Charlotte, and the beauty she brings to us with her beautiful garden, her Christmas decorations, her artistic talent and her comforting words each time we connect.

We are here for you Charlotte as your life moves forward.

I just met Brian for the first time January 1 2022. I was invited over for lunch by Charlotte ( we have known each other for years and recently reconnected)
Brian was so hospitable ,. He made me feel very welcome and he had such a beautiful smile . I saw him at his house another 2
times and he was just as friendly as the first time I met him . Even though I didn’t know him well , his gentle spirit was so evident . I feel blessed I got to know him , even if it was for such a short time. - Lenore McKenzie
The Snows have been our neighbors for the past 22 years. Couldn't ask for a better family to share a fence and yard with. Our deepest condolences to the family. We have many fond memories of Brian....from Summer get togethers to Christmas light decorating strategies. When Adam and Cayla were little and running around together, Brian installed a gate between our yards so the two of them had easy access to each other homes. Will miss his easy going nature. That was his way, never let anything really bother him. The Welsh's

We are heartbroken to hear about Brian's passing. Our hearts ache for the entire family. Our first memory of Brian was when we were moving in two doors down. Brian was jogging down the road beside Kelly on a bike, saying, "my son is learning to ride a bike!!!" he was so proud and had the biggest grin on his face. We knew right then we had great neighbours.
He will be dearly missed by all.

We are so heart broken to hear of Brian's sudden passing.  Our deepest condolences to his family.  I can only imagine how they must feel right now.   We met Brian about 12 years ago, when our daughter joined his daughter, Cayla, on the Optimist Junior curling team in Cloverdale.  Brian stepped up to coach the team and did so with such patience and kindness.  He had a wonderful way with children.  His humour and wit were evident in all that he did, as was his generous spirit.  Brian was also a great cook.  We remember being treated to his delicious barbecues, with good conversation and lots of laughter.  He was one-of-a-kind and will be missed.  Rest in peace, Brian.  The Winquist family.

Brian was a great man.  I had the pleasure of playing hockey with him for quite a few years. Always a good sport and always good fun.  So sorry to hear of his sudden passing. A loss for all who knew him and all that didn't get to meet him.

RIP my friend

With great sadness everyone here at the B&B Family heard of Brian’s passing. To our dear friend, and business associate Brian has been part of the B&B family and a friend to all. Over the years he has been generous to all when we have been at golfing trip, tournaments, and fishing trips. His warm smile touched all of us, and he will be sorrily missed. Our thoughts and deepest condolences to the family, friends, and all the people that the Amazing Brian has touched over the years. Terry Hayes
