Brian's obituary

Brian A. Posco, 50, of Fitchburg died Monday June 8, 2020 at Beth Israel Deaconness Hospital after a week long battle suffering multiple heart attacks. Before his battle ended he was able to speak with his soulmate Shawna of 26 years and convey how much he loved her, his daughter Kayln, his Son Devon and his mom. Sadly, five short hours later another Cardiac Arrest was so severe Brian’s weak body couldn’t fight anymore, he left this world and is now a “ Free Bird” leaving behind the family that loved him. He was born in Leominster April 28, 1970, the son of Anthony R and Carol (Richard) Posco. He is survived by his children Kayln and Devon, his mother Carol and brothers Bruce of Fitchburg , Scott and Michael of Worcester, his forever soulmate Shawna Wiitala and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Anyone who met Brian realized early on that he would be the first one to show up when help was needed, his cheery wit and contagious smile surely made him a friend worthwhile. There are no calling hours, services will be private. A celebration of life will be held a a later date.
