I met Brian a couple years back and was immediately awestruck by his tenacity and can-do attitude. I valued him highly without knowing him for more than a couple of hours as a helpful thoughtful person. Hearing of his passing gave me a profound level of grief that I haven’t experienced in such a way. My love goes out to his family and the ones he shared closer connections with.
I wish I got to know my younger cousin Brian better especially as I read about his life filled with outdoor adventures, community service, craftsmanship  and loving family and friends. Social media also gave me a glimpse into his life which looked active and fun. A life ended much too soon but a life bravely lived. In my sorrow I feel love and hope. Memories and love endure…
Our hearts broke when we learned of your loss.  What a blessing to have you as a mom. As time goes on, we will love your stories about Brian!
